Each year, the 70 dairy’s goat produce 42 000 liters of milk, which permits to produce 42 000 cheeses approximately. The production takes place during 9 to 10 months.

A goat has one litter of 1 to 3 nanny goats. The number between male and female balanced. Some nanny goats are kept in order to renew the herd and others are sold to be fattened and then slaughter for their meat. During the sale with the fattener, the nanny goats are one week old and weigh around 3 kg.
